So tomorrow I am back to swimming. a good thing I think. However I am a little bit worried about going because not been feeling very well over the past few days. Determined though to go and get some laps in at the pool especially as it is so cold outside.
This is going to be the last week that I just go and see how I feel as I am going. From now on I will be trying to set myself some goals so that I can be sure that I am improving on each trip to the pool. If anyone has any ideas on setting some targets then I am open to suggestions. not had to train like this before.
I am so glad that I don’t have to get out on a bike with the weather the way it is right now. Although it would be fun to get out there on a mountain bike in the snow, I am pretty sure that it would be very cold.
